Jannely M. She’s an employee that works for the key. Not sure how she got the job, but she is very unprofessional and combative with the caregivers. She talks down to people. Hangs up the phone when you’re asking a question. Does not give full details about the client, so your blindsided of what your walking into. Do NOT trust your loved ones with this company . They hire annyone , thier aides/ home health aides don't show for thier shifts , they threaten the aides with legalities when they are left at a clients home forcing the aides to neglect thier children , forcing them to stay past their shifts . A unethical. And uncaring company. Avoid!!!!!

Horribly bureaucratic and terrible at details. The organization gets in the way of their caregivers.
