I have been so impressed with the Key. First they found us caregivers quickly when we had to move our parents from Florida to Texas. Even after they arrived late at night our caregiver and Vicky the client success manager Were waiting for us and helped Settle my mother in. Vicky has stopped by often to check in. Clients are nice however office staff csm is horrible also little to no hours I left a while ago.I have a friend working here and heard of their experience so I thought u would share mine.
Enjoy very much having The Key as part of our residents life. Very caring, and working towards making our seniors life better and take part of activities that make a difference.
Vicky is a wonderful case manager! She went above and beyond to help find Mom and Daddy the best caregivers. Vicky communicates regularly and really cares about her clients. We were so lucky to work with her!
Working with The Key was an interesting experience. To be fair the best parts of the experience are Elena and her manager Vickie. Elena is a caregiver without peer. She's very competent, goes well above what's asked of her, and will accommodate any additional requests with a cheerful attitude. My wife, the patient, was very happy with Elena. The less desirable part of the experience is the corporate management which appears to be less concerned about the patient and which appears to be always looking for ways to charge more ... read more
