I have been so impressed with the Key. First they found us caregivers quickly when we had to move our parents from Florida to Texas. Even after they arrived late at night our caregiver and Vicky the client success manager Were waiting for us and helped Settle my mother in. Vicky has stopped by often to check in. Clients are nice however office staff csm is horrible also little to no hours I left a while ago.I have a friend working here and heard of their experience so I thought u would share mine.

Vicky is a wonderful case manager! She went above and beyond to help find Mom and Daddy the best caregivers. Vicky communicates regularly and really cares about her clients. We were so lucky to work with her!
