I was visiting a dying family member in southdale Fairview hospital and the cafeteria was closed! I hadn't ate anything all day so I thought I would get 2 sandwiches out of the vending machine! One of them was a chicken and Swiss. I heated it up in the microwave there and sat down to eat! The cheeseburger with pickles wasn't too bad but the chicken and Swiss sandwich was absolutely disgusting! It was all clumpy and like full of cords or whatever in the world it was. This company will never get another dollar from me after the BS I just experienced today. I've been staying at an Extended Stay hotel in Fridley and for a while I actually liked using their machines. A 20oz bottle of soda at our local grocery store is $2.89 which is too high, let's be real. This vending company was charging $2.50 for the same product so I opted to use the machine until today. I went downstairs with $5 to get 2 bottles of Coke and was confused when I only got a dollar back for change. They increased the price... read more
Yall need to come fix your machines in the Lowry ramp. 80% of the time they just eat your money, and let’s be real, nobody has time to file a complaint over a bottle of water…
This company does not maintain their vending machinesnAnd they have them set up to steal from customers. Avoid this company at all costs. Clearly, i'm not the only person that's had problems with this company.
Tom and Sara always took premier care of our businesses. Theisen provided us with state of the art machines always. The service was exemplary!
