If it were possible to leave no stars I would. I called this "law firm" about potentially filing a personal injury lawsuit and gave the necessary info. The next morning Matt called me and I gave more details, we talked for quite a while as he explained how the lawsuit would potentially go and said that he would have to look into it a bit more and would get back to me either that week or the following week.
