I had a great experience working with this team. They installed both a new furnace and AC unit for me and did an outstanding job. They were responsive to emails and phone calls, very transparent throughout the entire process, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The work was completed in a timely manner, and everyone I interacted with was exceptionally nice and professional. Everything is working perfectly—I couldn't be happier with the service!

Back in Jan 2023, Theide Plumbing fixed a pin hole leak in a 2 foot piece of pipe above my water heater. Instead of replacing the entire 2 foot section of defective pipe at that time, they only replaced a 6 inch section where the leak was (assuming to save the minimal cost of 1.5 foot of pipe). The remaining section of the old pipe that was not replaced sprang a pin hole leak last week.
