Paid for service and day of service I showed up to the doors being locked. Was never notified until I reached out. Then finally rescheduled and same thing happened. I tried to ask for a refund yet was told this is the policy. I guess the policy is pay for service that you never received. I was trying to support local small business but never again as now I lost over $100.

The atmosphere is very nice and comfortable. There is plenty of parking. She is very efficient in her craft. I really love my brows and get plenty of compliments on them. This issue is I recommend my mom and my aunt to get theirs done. The first appointment was travel because my aunt has issues walking. It went fine they both felt their eyebrows needed a little fixing on the ends. Next appointment scheduled and paid for with travel price. Selina is such a sweet and friendly young lady. She is patient and gives good advice in regards to the process. I loved the experience of stepping outside the box into the juicy box 🫶🏽. My brows have always been an area of disappointment for me as they are naturally not aligned. Tomorrow is my second treatment and I look forward to it. Photos coming soon!
