I was kindly welcomed by William and Dr Anna whom both made a wonderful experience. William was very patient, personal and helpful when assisting with the choice of frames. Dr Anna is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend Theia Optical to anyone.
If I could give ten stars I would. Katherine and her amazing team have assisted me with my eye issues, showing so much care and compassion, doing everything in their power to ensure my issues with my vision improved. Katherine is always so gentle and is very transparent in providing information regarding my condition and measures needed to try and rectify the issue. I would highly recommend her services and will always be my first point of call if ever I encounter issues in the future.
As someone who gets nervous about things coming close to their eye. I can 100% confirm Dr Anna is the most gentle and patient optometrist I have seen. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain exisiting and potential/early signs of eye conditions. This was the most relaxing appointment to date. The sales assistant at the front was also very helpful. I have recommended this optometrist to multiple family and friends. Also, dog friendly which is so rare 🥹🥹🥹
