Wes is incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He very kindly adjusted two pairs of sunglasses that I had purchased overseas and didn’t charge me a cent. I was so grateful for his kindness and exceptional customer service. The store has a fantastic range of high-quality sunglasses, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. Great experience at Theia Optical. Kathy and Jacinta looked after both my partner and I and they were both super kind and patient as we tried on every single frame in sight to find the perfect fit. They were really informative and made sure I was looked after even when it got super busy.
