Very quirky for a gym. But cool. The owner clearly likes retro everything -including the equipment. But it all oddly works. Plus, it's never crowded or is there douchy gym types .

We had membership here for over a year and this place is genuine for the people who just want to work out. No loud background music and people all use their own headphones to listen to music. All three locations are easy to access once you set up and membership is also super quick to cancel when we want to try something different!

GymKC has a great personal trainer working mostly out of Westside location. I would highly recommend Jonathan Cabrera. I trained for over 2 years with him and definitely saw great improvement in my body as well as form and strength. He is very knowledgeable, and passionate in proper technique. His approach is more focused on creating a foundation in form and flexibility. 5 Stars for him too.

Great gym—fully equipped and affordable. If you need a trainer, Jonathan Cabrera is the best choice. His programs cover it all: nutrition, mobility, flexibility, and strength training. Highly recommended! 5/5.
