Terrible Customer Service! Extremely rude.
Purchased a promo microwave eyebrows from IG and she never showed up for second session even though I paid up front in full for 2 sessions.
The owner of the salon is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! When I first came there she already had an attitude and the shop wasn’t the cleanest. Towards the end of my appointment she was acting ghetto and causing a scene by arguing with one of the stylists that worked there. Keep in mind the stylist was keeping her composure the entire time, I honestly felt bad because the stylist because the owner was being extremely belligerent. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK!!
The salon was clean, beautiful, and the staff was warm. I was serviced promptly. 10/10 would recommend!
