I had a wonderful experience with Floor Box. The sales manager Marc was very quick to get back to me and kept me up to date. Although I could not get the specific tile I was looking for, Marc went up and beyond his call of duty to try and contact the tile manufacturer directly for me. I appreciate his efforts and the customer service I received. I would highly recommend Floor Box!
Ils ont annulé ma première commande sous prétexte qu’il y avait une erreur d'inventaire alors j’ai recommandé une autre couleur de planchers et ils ont annulé ma deuxième commande en parlant encore d'inventaire avant de finir par dire qu’il y avait une erreur de prix sur leur site et ils refusent de faire quoi que ce soit autre que d'annuler mes commandes.

This flooring company is a masterclass in how not to run a business. The delivery was weeks late with no proactive communication, no accountability, and zero concern for the disruption caused. Every follow-up required chasing them down, only to receive vague excuses and shifting timelines that proved meaningless. The sales practices are even worse.
