Daphnée Soucy Went above and beyond for me to resolve a shipping error. So impressed with her dedication.
I don't know... Two incorrect deliveries, slow response times, delivery fee quotes that changed multiple times, having to get part of the order myself. From the time I first contacted them to the time I'll have my carpet, it will be over a month total. A trip to Home Depot is 40 minutes... Two stars because they're at least trying but it seems like all hope is lost.
Beware of making a purchase. They charge absurd shipping fees and are extremely slow at responding. I’ve tried to call them, but no response. This resulted in trying to work with them via email, they are extremely slow at responding and aren’t willing to work with customers to find a solution. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach a solution so I asked for a refund. They processed the refund for the order, but haven’t refunded the shipping costs.
