Ordered new flooring from Floorbox and the experience was amazing. Will, the sales rep, was able to price BEAT the lowest price I found - even local flooring stores. Shipped it quickly and ahead of schedule (within a very tight deadline). After sales service has also been amazing. Honestly, if you’re looking at flooring locally and Floorbox also carries it, contact them first.

I ordered Gerflor Heterogeneous Vinyl Roll Tarasafe Ultra H2O - a Vinyl foor for bathrooms from FloorBox. On the website, it says, "in stock". Not true - you have to special order it from France, it takes about 10 weeks. I called and was told I could order 1/4 roll, which I did and paid. Then, they called back to say I had to order 1/2 roll, which I did and paid. Then, my contractor read the small print that said I had to use Gerflor glue.
