Pressured me to commit to a timeframe within which I would place an order, despite me saying I didn't know when I would do it. Then refused to provide a written quote citing their "best price policy"

On April 21st, I have money for business and it's now the 29th. The order isn't moving. I read other reviews and realized I made a mistake by contacting this site. I don't recommend it to anyone.
I had a wonderful experience with Floor Box. The sales manager Marc was very quick to get back to me and kept me up to date. Although I could not get the specific tile I was looking for, Marc went up and beyond his call of duty to try and contact the tile manufacturer directly for me. I appreciate his efforts and the customer service I received. I would highly recommend Floor Box!
