I received an amazing service from Elsa following a small manufacturer discrepancy from a box content. Elsa did everything and beyond to make things right. On top of that the prices are great and delivery were always quick.
I recently ordered an 'egg beater' style floor leveling cement mixer head; it arrived fast but badly damaged during shipping. My wife contacted Floor Box and within hours Elsa Lamontagne emailed me direct. Without hesitation she on on the case ordering me a new one which came within days. Highly recommend The Floor Box. I’ve placed 3 orders from them already. They have excellent customer service and great prices. Recently placed a few orders and had excellent customer service from Elsa L. My order was defaulting to shipping from out of town locations but she was able to reroute to a local warehouse so I could pick up the order and save the shipping expenses.
