Our first impression of Rick was a good guy who wanted the best for us. We unfortunately took the bait and moved into a house managed by Rick. During our lease, Rick was put in charge of managing the landlords affairs and regularly failed to pay our utility bills, leading to threats of power and utility shut off by the utility companies despite our regular payments to him.
