Workouts are group and team oriented, and results driven. We don't use machines. We become machines! Whether you're an athlete, or want to train like one, TheFactory's goal is to bring the benefits of primal fitness and functional based training to the mainstream community, getting back to the roots and foundations of our primal ancestors.

The best gym in Dixon with dedicated coaches 💪
The people who own this establishment and work out here have zero common sense or regard for their physical location of activities. First off, why are members not advised to wear bright or reflective clothing when working out in the dark? Anyone ever heard of SAFETY at all!? Members dart across the street out of nowhere, and since most of them wear 99% black clothing you can barely see them. Not to mention they all lack the courtesy to allow cars to drive through.
