Very organized store. Has a wide range of products and staff are so sweet! They give you free samples based on your skin type with your purchase. Only thing I would say is prices are inflated for some products :/
I agree with the previous review! They definitely are racist or classicist, I am Latina and I went for the first time and I expected to be received as I read many reviews that they welcome you and help you find the ideal product, one of the saleswomen just said hello and continued arranging the shelves, the other saleswoman appeared after 5 minutes, she just asked me what I was looking for, showed me some products without much help like I asked and then left, after I searched alone for the correct product (I hope it works) a... read more
Friendly staff.great products
This is my go-to place to purchase K-beauty products, in person. They have a great selection of items and have always been very helpful during my shopping experiences. Side note: I saw a few people mentioned hovering or following in the store — but if you’ve ever shopped in Korea, that’s honestly what it’s like everywhere.
