Work started July 6, 2022 finally passed inspection after much ado in late September! This was a new metal garage wiring job. From the non-licensed personnel working alone (discovered after the initial work was done) and not coming prepared for a metal building (specs were sent weeks before the work was to start), to not passing the inspection this whole project was a nightmare. I hired Thee Electric to upgrade my panel box and remove an old unused meter and the pipe running through it. I also exptessed that I wanted the whole house rewired down the road. Upon removing the pipe that ran up through the breezeway. It left a 1" diameter hole which his worker filled with roofing tar. He overfilled the hole and it ran down on a couple shingles of my newer Sheriff-Goslin roof and left a large black blob that created an eye sore. Do not hire this company. Said the job would be done in 3-4 hours and now it's going on 6 hours and we still don't have power. They are saying they are thinking it'll be another hour or so. To top it off the guy that is doing the work in my basement is weird and unprofessional, who knows when they'll ever leave... After I asked how much longer it was going to be the guy got rude and started slamming all my doors, now he's yelling...

I recently hired Thee Electric to fix a very specific electrical problem at an unoccupied residential home in Lansing. Instead of just fixing the problem as requested, a manager, without permission, visited the property and conducted a complete inspection of the entire house to look for additional problems, claiming it was because he cared about the “best interests of his clients.” The worker on the job and a manager opened four windows without screens to their maximum height, and screwed them open, damaging the wood. poor professional work I had Thee tech come out to install a ceiling fan. He did a very amateurish job. He cut the hole so large the trim work would not cover the excessiv hole. Then said " I guess YOU have some repair work to do" .He also used the toilet cover for his work bench a scratched the lid beyound repair. When I called his supervisor "Dennis", I was told he would get back to me to sched. a time to come to see the damage. I have not ha call yet.

Thee Electric Co is a very nice bunch of guys. I've had years and years of experience with Thee Electric, and have always had a good result. The prices are high but I don't mind. The people are always nice.
