I hired Thee Electric to upgrade my panel box and remove an old unused meter and the pipe running through it. I also exptessed that I wanted the whole house rewired down the road. Upon removing the pipe that ran up through the breezeway. It left a 1" diameter hole which his worker filled with roofing tar. He overfilled the hole and it ran down on a couple shingles of my newer Sheriff-Goslin roof and left a large black blob that created an eye sore.
