I’ve been a client for two years, and while Desi does great wax work, she’s unreliable and poor at communicating. Most of my appointments have been rescheduled last minute—often within 30 minutes of my scheduled time, which is very frustrating when you have a job. She also ghosted my sister who I referred to her and she cancelled and never rescheduled her appointment and kept her deposit. She literally has now just done the same thing to me. Best Experience ever! It was my first time ever getting waxed and Desi talked to me the whole time and kept me calm. If i could i’d rate the whole thing 20/10! Y’all come here to get snatched not even joking. Desi will have you looking righttt down there hehe.

Desi is amazing! I just had my first appointment with her and was very pleased. She made sure I was comfortable, both physically and mentally! We talked the whole time, which was good conversation and a welcomed distraction Will be seeing her again in a few weeks! Highly recommend!
