Professional, easy to book, policies/prices easy to view, and she’s quick!
So unprofessional. Constant cancelling or trying to reschedule appointments last minute. If we the customer did this we would be charged a fee. Im an understanding person and know life does happen but the constant “car problems” is unacceptable. She has know about these “car problems” since I started coming to her 6 weeks ago and the lack of professionalism and common decency of notifying us customers with a reasonable amount of time is ridiculous.
