Over 2 hour wait for emergency room my guess for adding this photo everywhere around the clinic is because of the outrageous wait times cause I’m getting pretty dang frustrated
The walk-in care at Thedacare in Waupaca has the longest wait times I've ever encountered. This has been my experience every time and during my latest visit, I was informed that there were two doctors on duty and only four patients ahead of us, yet we waited over 2 hours to be seen. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable. It was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I wish I didn’t even have to give this place a single star because they don’t deserve it. I drove an hour with my daughter who is 4 months old to be seen because they were one of my only two options for an urgent care that would see her, I showed up and am told that they won’t see her because they are full for the day. I asked them aren’t you a regular walk in urgent care? And they said oh we are an urgent care and a walk in but we require appointments. Super slow, front desk receptionists here are the most dry and rude out of any clinic or hospital I've ever been to. Lighten up! Dotn ask me what's wrong with me if you're going to cut me off two words in and suggest what's wrong with me. I hate this place. Just go to the valley or Berlin.
