Most of the times I have used this I have found it quite acceptable. On a busy day you will have a longer wait, but it beats no appointment at all. A very nice option if you need it!
Over 2 hour wait for emergency room my guess for adding this photo everywhere around the clinic is because of the outrageous wait times cause I’m getting pretty dang frustrated
The walk-in care at Thedacare in Waupaca has the longest wait times I've ever encountered. This has been my experience every time and during my latest visit, I was informed that there were two doctors on duty and only four patients ahead of us, yet we waited over 2 hours to be seen. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable. It was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I wish I didn’t even have to give this place a single star because they don’t deserve it. I drove an hour with my daughter who is 4 months old to be seen because they were one of my only two options for an urgent care that would see her, I showed up and am told that they won’t see her because they are full for the day. I asked them aren’t you a regular walk in urgent care? And they said oh we are an urgent care and a walk in but we require appointments.
