Staff was nice but they billed the wrong parent and won't do anything to fix it, won't let me speak to a supervisor and just sent me a detailed bill. When I asked if they were HIPAA compliant when they took the other parents info and now, nobody knows what happened with it, she literally yelled, like raised her voice at me. When I said I take that as a no, that just sealed my fate lol.

The staff was Amazing !!! I was very uncomfortable, in alot of pain and they all went out of their way to help me. I'm so grateful for having this clinic available rather than a long and expensive ER visit.

I have been here a couple of times. I have always had fast , caring, helpful staff. I would tell anyone I know to come here.

Showed up at the walk in clinic. Waited 1hr 40 mins Dr saw me with bad cough and low energy for a week. Took blood and xray but gave me nothing said make an appt for a week later and she would reevaluate. 2nd time this has happened. Saw Dr in Wautoma getting meds . This is the last time I waste my time at this place. There a reason their average reviews are so poor On my way out they were closing and a bleeding guy showed up and told him they were leaving and would not help him.
