I have been here a couple of times. I have always had fast , caring, helpful staff. I would tell anyone I know to come here.
Showed up at the walk in clinic. Waited 1hr 40 mins Dr saw me with bad cough and low energy for a week. Took blood and xray but gave me nothing said make an appt for a week later and she would reevaluate. 2nd time this has happened. Saw Dr in Wautoma getting meds . This is the last time I waste my time at this place. There a reason their average reviews are so poor On my way out they were closing and a bleeding guy showed up and told him they were leaving and would not help him.
OMG The prompt care I got there. They had me in and out and caring Service was high on the scale. They were so professional and made me feel so comfortable. I recommend the walk-in clinic for anyone in need of care and I thank them for the great service.
Sitting in the waiting room listening to the check in nurse on a personal call. There's a "patient wait time 30 minutes" sign posted. And I just watched a second patient walk in.
I was very pleasantly surprised with my visit with the clinic this week I expected to be waiting a long time from past experiences but I was seen in a very timely manner and everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Puglisi was geat!
