Absolutely rude Chelsea kohlbeck I have an ingrown toenail , she looked at it and instantly said we can't do a removal , gave me antibiotics . Said there's an infection . Ok . But dont be so rude about it , tells me to set up appointment with pediotry . Asked if she could freen a wart on finger thats cracked open and hurting , she said to see my Dr about it , then I asked how she k ows ins infected and not inflamed, she called me rude then walked out of room . Complaining about me to another staff member in front of me
Service is too slow. Here to have my son do a check up for a cough and the wait time is too long(in my opinion) If you don’t have the time this is not the place. I waited for more than 20 mins. Started to get irritated and about to leave then the Doctor shows up.
watch out for registration randomly canceling your appointment, and then being left hanging in the waiting room for hours as none of the other staff will know about it. Thankfully after sitting for over an hour after closing one of the sweet nurses inquired about me and rushed to make sure I was able to be seen. The doctors can great as evidenced by DR Prosser and her staff that handled the situation beautifully and promptly addressed my needs without question and even went the extra mile to make sure everything was okay wit... read more
