The doctor literally refused to help me with my problem. Just turned away from the room. So frustrating. He spoke down to me the whole time too.
My daughter was seen today by Dr. Carlson, and I am very dissatisfied with the care she received during this visit. Prior to leaving home, I took my daughter’s temperature, which was 100.3°F despite having administered both Tylenol and Motrin. I have never in my life been so disgusted and disappointed with treatment at an urgent care. I have been to this urgent care many times and never had any issues, today was an exception. I saw (and I say that extremely loosely) Dr. Vongsa and have never been so insulted at a visit. I have been sick for over a month, I have been on multiple antibiotics and seen multiple doctors to try and figure out why I’m not getting better.
