watch out for registration randomly canceling your appointment, and then being left hanging in the waiting room for hours as none of the other staff will know about it. Thankfully after sitting for over an hour after closing one of the sweet nurses inquired about me and rushed to make sure I was able to be seen. Was seen in 15 wins. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Worst experience ever, doctor made me feel like I should not have been there. Asked why did they send me here, and who told me to come here. Was very rude and unprofessional. Don't think it was just a bad day for him, maybe time to retire or find a new job.
Automated telephone asks for symptoms, but won't let you talk to anybody. "yes, we treat that symptom, here is our location, can't wait to see you!" Useless. Ascension on Richmond is a thousand times better! They actually answer the phone and will answer questions
