The nurses and staff in the actual emergency room are great. However I had to drop off a lab sample later in the day at the reception desk and I have never in my life been treated as rudely and disrespectfully as I had at the front desk. I don't feel well hence being at the emergency room earlier in the day and the lady that was checking in my sample made me feel like I was a prisoner at a correctional facility.
