This 5 star review is for Michelle in the ER noooobody else deserves a 5 star. My gf was having heart issues and they were doing nothing till michelle stepped in after me bitching at the nurse. Front desk wouldnt let me see her for 20 mins over all Michelle Deserves a promotion cuz she did everything she should have. The rest poor experience

If you care about of your health please avoid coming here. The nursing staff in the emergency room were unprofessional. They had people waiting for hours before being seen. I personally was in the waiting room for 3 hours, in the room for 5 hours for a procedure that only took 30 minutes. Never even botheted to offer water. Worst part was they lost my ultrasound images and no one communicated with me until I became upset. Also left discriminated because of my ethnicity I wasn't treated with any care or respect.

The ER doctor has a terrible bedside manner. She seems to assume anyone that comes in with pain is seeing pain killers. It isn’t until she is proven wrong that she becomes more pleasant. I have asked for a different doctor twice; once when my husband’s appendix was inflamed and needed to be removed. The most recent time was when I went in with pains that eventually led them to think I was having a heart attack. Once I was in a room, everyone was AMAZING.

I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to go here. They seem to lack knowledge and common sense
