Why is the wait here always at least half an hour?? I'd also like to know why Victoria Lois wouldn't quit talking about the great pap smear she could give me, and just fill out my emotional support animal paperwork. She lied at first saying theda care wouldn't permit it, then refused to fil it out at all. Quit playing games with peoples heathcare!!! I already came in telling her about past suicidal thoughts, and then she plays head games with me!! Absolutely not ok!!
Fran very rude. They don't care about THEIR patients They are just worried about taking time sifting through their medical records. DO NOT GO!!! YOU ONLY GET 30 MINS AND THEY LOOK AT THEIR WATCH. created major anxiety!!! FRAN had no BEDSIDE MANNERS.. LEFT TO GO TO AURORA.
This is the second time I've come here following a knee replacement to rehab and I can't say enough good things about the facility, and the entire staff. They provide such great care and always with a smile on their face. I appreciate the love and care they provide. Shout out to Becca, Cate, Garrett, Elizabeth,Rong, Heidi, Emily.Stacey, and Chelsey!!!
It's great. I just question some of the newer hired people that work the front of the office. Not sure who hires these people...but lack of perfessionalism is all I can say. From talking loudly about personal things, to eating, going through all your personal information while on the phone with probably their best friend. Then when I notice.."Oh I was talking to the nurse in back" ??? No she wasn't...do you call your co workers dear?
