The care here is very hit or miss, but mostly miss. I've only felt one provider actually listened to my issues and responded with urgency, and that was with the walk in clinic. The rest could not care, even if you are in pain.
They never answer their phones or call back. It’s ridiculous.
What a rip-off and a joke. I go in for help because I'm sick and the doctor tells me oh I have to follow the science and I have to come back in 2 weeks because she can't give you medicine today. But any other time I've had the same exact thing happen. Any other doctor has given me a prescription for penicillin and sent me on my way. So I wonder how much money she's making from the hospital sending people away and telling them they have to come back in 2 weeks and then pay AGAIN to be told that they're sick.
My five stars go out to Courtney in Physical Therapy. Jokingly I called her a witch doctor. She was very professional, confident in her skills and very informative, made me more comfortable, all good.
Pertaining to orthopedics. The VA stated they had faxed my referral twice to the number given. However, whoever helps Dr. Stache is incredibly rude and has the mentality of “not my job, I’m too busy”. I had an appointment scheduled two weeks prior to the date. But I was called by her office at 5 PM 1.5 days before my appointment stating they couldn’t find my referral.
