I would say 2-3 stars for their providers, 4 for Dr. Pfaffenbach. I’ve seen multiple providers in IM at Appleton location. Most of the team is rude, seems uninterested in actually resolving or helping. I was recently seen by Dr. Pfaffenbach and he actually listened, pulled the history together like a provider should, and helped me more than any specialist I’ve seen in months.
