I had my first visit with Jessica Rice today. I can't say enough about her the staff they're all very welcoming and that doctor was amazing she explains things she talks to you. And took care of everything in one day all my questions and I'm looking forward to keeping her as my primary for a very long time. It's really a good feeling when you have a good doctor that backs you and even though you're getting older doesn't mean you can't get healthier.
Had requested my labs be done prior to my appt but no one reached out. So I came 10 minutes EARLY for my appt. Then waited 25 mins until after my appt time. Spoke to the receptionist, Finally the nurse came and when I said I’m rescheduling because I’ve waited 25 minutes - she was annoyed Couldn’t get labs done because they too were behind. Had someone actually come out and said the were running behind - I wouldn’t have been so aggravated. I don’t normally write a review for a doctor but this one was definitely worth writing! Dr. Glenn D Vogelsang, was AMAZING! Not only was he patient with me, but he was an active listener to my concerns and took the time to answer any and all of my questions! He was extremely attentive and gentle! This is the first time seeing him for a gynecology appointment, and both him and his nurse, Daniela Rivera, were marvelous! I am 110% going to recommend this team for future patients!
