Heather was the best provider I’ve seen at ThedaCare! The previous review from Linda appears to be rating ThedaCare and not Heather, as I assume that the provider that she was praising who left was Heather Books and she is unhappy with the providers that remain!
Unqualified medical providers. Our previous provider abruptly left Internal Medicine @ Encircle Health after she provided us with 15+ yrs of excellent & trusted care. Since May 2017 we are on our third provider and unhappy with her. Have to wait a minimum of thirty minutes on the telephone to speak with a R.N. only to have her state that she has to give my message to our P.A. who is with other patients and when available will look into my request.
