Friendly and helpful staff .I would recommend this to everyone.
Multiple times I have been brushed off and my concerns not addressed when all I want is answers, but billing/copay is always on top of it and before the appointment has even begun. I will be changing hospitals, I am tired of being passed around left and right and told "I don't know" or "I don't have the time for that" during a totaled less than 20 min appointment. Eastridge needs to get it's stuff together because Berlin families talk and we are all tired of this poor treatment and professionalism.
Dr. Budde and the staff are amazing. I trust them with my life. Thank you for all you do.
These doctors, nurses and staff are awesome!! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! Doctors really listen and explain things to you. Nurses are great at giving shots, blood draws and explaining things. Staff is always kind, warm and professional!!
I’m always able to schedule appointments quickly, appointments are on time, doctors listen to my questions and answer respectfully, receptionists are kind to my children and the nurses are gentle when giving shots. I LOVE this facility.
