I have been going to the Darboy location for over 5 years now. I switched to this location because Dr.Henry transferred to this location from Appleton. I have always received friendly and perfectional service. This ThedaCare location has always made me and kids feel as though we are important and care about our heath. Very, very satisfied.
Never a real doctor available, they outsourced their calls to random people, which is deeply concerning for confidentiality. I was on hold for 20 minutes and gave up; this is why I'm not wasting my time here.
