We have had to visit the walk in clinic 3 times since moving to the area 8 months ago. All 3 times the front desk was helpful and friendly. The service we received was good on all 3 occasions. My dad is visiting from out of state and his medicare was not coming up as covered when he needed to be seen, Jean from the billing department was friendly and told us what info to send so they could file and try to get it covered. Very pleased with this location!
I was in an accident and was taken to Thedacare in Berlin. I had a fracture and was set up with an orthopedic doctor the next day. The next day I received a call telling me my insurance is not in network. I called my insurance and they told me that due to the accident and the fact that they have no in network orthopedic doctors within 100 miles, Thedacare should submit a prior authorization with the insurance and it will be covered.
