Hope you dont need a medication refilled. They will not only be days late filling it but provide zero communication. They don't care about the patient.
Dr. Emily Gonnering and her Nurse, Jessica, were very kind. They listened to my concerns, took notes, asked follow up questions, and they both eased my worries about coming in to be seen. I was very impressed with the care I received on July 7, 2025. I had actually researched Dr. Gonnering a few times prior to setting up the new patient appointment as my PCP retired many years back, and I had not chosen a new PCP. Poor. Rude nurses, rude PA. 20 yrs ago it was an ok doctor's office. Now I never want to go back there. Edit I switched doctors. No longer at ThedaCare.
As far as medical care goes. I think it’s pretty good.
Doctors here are great but their billing department is filled with idiots. I've spent hours and hours this year arguing with their billing department to get them to bill my insurance properly even though they've scanned my insurance cards multiple times. I'm reporting them to WI Consumer Protection and will be switching Dr's just based on the aggravation of their billing department.
