Terrible, will never go to Shawano for anything ever again. Had an appointment for my mother at 7:50 today, arrived at 7:40 as instructed. There was one person to check in at the clinic and had to wait 20 min. Then we were sent to another place to check in as well and told we were 30 min late. I said the appointment was at 7:50 and was told there was an x-ray at 7:30 which no one told us about beforehand. We were also told that because of that we'd have to reschedule the appointment.
