I came here in so much pain for the second time , Dr James I have seen twice and both times he has dismissed my issues . The first time I had severe leg pain , and he said it was nothing , I went to see my family doctor , and she did some test and I have a blood clot . This time I am having severe pain in my upper abdomen and back area for the second time I have been here for this issue, he said to me " this is not an emergency, and that I need to discuss my pain issues with another doctor.' Awesome team in the ED!
I have experienced multiple negative experiences here and it is too much to explain in a review. But every time, I have felt like a nuisance to them, like my concerns don’t matter and I understand they can get busy, but it has never been less then a 3 hour visit, with only about 10 minutes interaction with any doctor or nurse. They also wouldn’t run my secondary insurance, costing me a bill of $500 which should be covered by my insurance. They just don’t care here and next time I would rather drive as far as I need to, to go... read more
