My stay at this hospital was a good one. They treated me very well. I went into the ER because a virus put my heart out of rhythm. My heart rate was between 130-170 which it is supposed to be higher than 100 resting. They got me in quick and started right away with a monitor and started assessing what my needs were. They had to keep me for 2 days for monitoring. The staff was always kind respectful, considerate, openly communicating what was going on and why/what they were doing. I came in with a severe and prolonged intestinal issue—persistent diarrhea with no signs of improvement. I was treated by a man named Jeff, and to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. His approach was dismissive, unsympathetic, and borderline sadistic. Instead of listening to my symptoms, he seemed more focused on whether I "looked" like I was in enough pain to be taken seriously. Never have had a bad experience here. Most recently in June, I had to bring my 2 year old into the ER after he tried to be Batman and cracked his head open after jumping off of his bunk bed. Nurses were wonderful with comforting little man and explaining everything to me as they were fixing him. 40 minutes and 7 staples later, we were on our way back home.

By far the worst hospital in this country. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Can’t stop conversation to even check you in. One of the receptionists addressed my family member as Bro. And then told them to hang a Larry (meaning take a left) and then laughed about it. This is the mindset of these incompetent fools. The care itself- they treat you like a rat in an experimental practice. Frankly they should be shut down. Only go here if you want to die painfully due to incompetence.
