Every time me and my girlfriend have come here most of the doctors are always bitchy and rude , we have been here now for 3 hours because her side was hurting (she is also pregnant) and they took blood test and a pee test to see if her appendix is ok (white blood cell count) got the results on the my chart app around the 2 hour mark and have sat in the room for 3 hours that’s hot asf with no one saying anything or coming to check on us! EVERYONE PLEASE READ THIS!! went to the emergency room at shawano thedacare on november 5th because my 5 month old son was exposed to whooping cough and was starting to show symptoms. i went in around 4-5pm, and honestly, i’m disgusted by how unprofessional the care was. first, i’ll say the staff wasn’t rude or mean; they were nice. but being nice doesn’t excuse the fact that they didn’t take my concerns seriously, dismissed everything i said, and gave me incorrect information. i told them my baby had been exposed to whoopin... read more
Me and my fiancé went to the emergency room because she is having abdominal pain and the doctor on duty refused to see her and this doctor is so unprofessional and rude . I would not recommend coming here to this emergency room
My 77 yr old mother had a fever for 2 days,been not eating much..I called for them to check on her..they sent the cops, Christ my Mom is not a gangster. ,smh. She is sick and no one cared..gotta love Wisconsin. People should help anyone not just the hometown crew, smh.
