My father was brought in but ambulance while the nurses were very nice and seemed to care about the job the ER doctor on staff (I didn’t get his name in the confusion) seemed uncaring under educated and basically just wanted to move my family along to another hospital or out of his hair Berlin seems to be a go get some stitches or see the nurse for the flue kinda place And is either under staffed or not equipped to handle anything more One nurse even admitted that they do not communicate with the other thadascare hospitals i... read more

Their staff told me the VA referral covered services. But then a month to 4 months later told me that since they misunderstood and goofed up some VA paperwork, the services weren't covered and they insist that I have to pay for their staff's mistakes, they are concerned not with patient welfare but money money money and couldn't care less about training their staff or making me starve, freeze, or be made homeless due to to unpayable medical bills that I would never have incurred except their staff mistakenly told me to go ge... read more

My father was admitted through the ER for an acute issue with his knee. All staff were attentive, professional and expedient. I couldn't have asked for a better hospital experience. As a healthcare provider, I was both impressed by and thankful for such high quality care so close to home.
