Their staff told me the VA referral covered services. But then a month to 4 months later told me that since they misunderstood and goofed up some VA paperwork, the services weren't covered and they insist that I have to pay for their staff's mistakes, they are concerned not with patient welfare but money money money and couldn't care less about training their staff or making me starve, freeze, or be made homeless due to to unpayable medical bills that I would never have incurred except their staff mistakenly told me to go ge... read more

My father was admitted through the ER for an acute issue with his knee. All staff were attentive, professional and expedient. I couldn't have asked for a better hospital experience. As a healthcare provider, I was both impressed by and thankful for such high quality care so close to home.

This past week I had an appointment to meet with Dr. Vinay Patel (endocrinologist). During the appointment he seemed very nice and attentive to my concerns. He also stated that he was going to order tests to address the concerns ( 2 different issues were discussed). It turns out that he lied to me because when I went for the lab work, he was only testing for 1 issue. Their Central scheduling is a joke my doctor faxed to the number they gave me and it showed that it went through on their end, but they keep saying they didn't get it. This is not the first time this has happened. SOMEBODY needs to straighten out Central scheduling.
