I HATE Thedacare. My wife was bitten by our cat. Tiny mark, but it looked infected so we went to the walk-in clinic. They prescribed amoxicillin and specifically said that if she sees a red line coming from the bite going up her arm to go into the ER right away. Well, two hours later there was a small red line forming. We debated going as she already had antibiotics. Anyway, our family convinced us better safe than sorry. So we went in. Trying to call the hospital and on hold for 45 minutes. Someone answers than puts me on hold than the next thing I know waiting again. This isn’t a Busy hospital why the long hold? Update: It’s funny whoever is managing this page has skipped over my review and answer everyone else’s review. I see why this place has a low rating. Made me come in and take off work to then set up another appointment to draw blood to come back for a third appointment for an ultra sound. Apparently not able to see anything wrong they called 2 days later demanding payment immediately. Karen in registration is a real treat too Update: I’m paying $1000 dollars for a “there’s nothing wrong with your neck” meanwhile I have a thumb sized bump in my neck.
