I see why this place has a low rating. Made me come in and take off work to then set up another appointment to draw blood to come back for a third appointment for an ultra sound. Apparently not able to see anything wrong they called 2 days later demanding payment immediately. Karen in registration is a real treat too

25 minutes on the phone to be sent to billing twice. I could hear the other women gossiping.. no wonder why she just transferred me without saying a word.. i interrupted her gossip time. It took 5 minutes with someone that felt like working to fix the issue. The amount of lies your ignorant staff feed me is to the point where I have switched hospital systems entirely and reported to the state. If they dont know, they shouldnt be answering. I recommend you record all calls with this provider as I have.

I was referred to Dr. Brooks for a growth on my hand. He said the growth needed to be removed, but even though he did the surgery, he never removed the total growth. The growth was still there when the stitches were removed two weeks later, when I questioned him why he said he didn’t know, but offered to remove it again. I saw a different doctor in Appleton, who stated surgery should’ve never been done in the first place, and did an injection to slow the growth.
