Patient relations won’t return phone calls. I got 3 phone messages, 3 text messages and 3 emails for an appointment, but nothing from patient relations but they claim they tried to contact me. Asked for a review of an incompetent doctor from the compliance department; never talk to me or the clinic now treating the issue. This was not a review it is a cover up.
I was told that 'physician recruitment' experience was required for a role, but then the role was given to someone without 'physician recruitment' experience. When I called for clarification, no one responded. Lazy recruiting that lacks integrity.
