PRICES HAVE CHANGED. This fastcare used to be our favorite. But ThedaCare’s prices have changed. A visit used to cost $69 per person. The rate is now $249 per person. We ended up driving to the Bellin Clinic inside Meijer’s Green Bay location. Their price is still $69 per person.
Called, was told that as long as we get there before 4:45 (they close at 5) we would be seen! The lady at the desk ( I won't mention her name) was extreamly rude, would not take us. Said she she wasn't sorry and that they had been extreamly busy all day....I have never been spoken to like that by someone who is supposed to be a professional! Thankful to the amazing staff at encircle health who stayed open past closing and took care of my little guy!
Just reiterating most of the other reviews here: Their prices for basic services have increased significantly! In these days of lousy health insurance coverage and high deductibles, prices actually matter. It's time for health care providers to realize that customers are going to shop around now just like we do for computers, televisions, etc. Good luck with your high prices ThedaCare FasCare!
