I would do zero if possible. I understand being short staffed or running behind but to be not seen for an hour is insane. Offering to reschedule that far in after saying “the dr must have gotten called into another room.” Okay why wasn’t I rescheduled right then? This was my establish care appointment and I’m very disappointed.
Brought in POA paperwork for my mother and said it needed to faxed in on the day I brought it because she had appointments that needed that paperwork on file in 2 days. Called day before appointments in afternoon and paper work was still not there, medical records didn't have it. Thanks for dropping the ball Clintonville! Terrible, don't go here. I would give zero stars, but you have to give at least one.
