I went today for an appointment and the receptionist sitting on the right side was very rude asked me for my doctors name and as I am very new to the area I didnt remember my doctors name she told me she could not help me or pull up the chart,told me to go down stairs ask and sit down but never bothered to ask for my name to look on the chart I feel very disappointed on how poorly I was treated !!
