Made an appointment and when I arrived, they had no record of it. No effort to help me or find out what happened. Won't be going back there ever.
I appreciated the care given to me by the surgical staff including Loren, Daniel, and Mary. Dr. Dar was professional and approachable. My colonoscopy was a success! Thanks...Carol Gregory
There’s no way I’m getting in contact with anyone here and they charge way over the good estimate amount they give you and call for more money.
My son had a procedure there and was not sent the prep info until day before. Some of the staff was rude and proceeded to criticize him loudly to other staff members...we will be changing Drs. Even though the Dr is very nice as well as her PA, they are impossible to get ahold of. As a patient myself, I can’t get through to ask a serious questions about my future procedures for Crohns. Sucks we have to start over.
Sadly after reading these reviews I would have to agree. When getting a colonoscopy people have to prep.. no eating.. drinking nasty stuff etc... As I write this post I'm 3 hours from not eating for 2 days. I'm hangry. I was told to arrive the center at 10:00. I didn't get wheeled back to start the procedure until 1:40. I didn't leave Theda Oaks until after 3:00. 😳. I gave them a ☆☆ because the nurses were very nice. Definitely going someone else in 10 years.
