Went to a wedding in Oct 2023. They were 2 hours late and then served cold food. The servers took it upon themselves to indulge in the party's open bar refreshments without permission and while on the clock. Very unprofessional. Some of the bride's family member even ended up serving guests. Don't waste your money or time.
This company is horrible! The pics and videos look great but the actual service is HORRIBLE!!!! PLS BE VERY AWARE!!!! Booking with this company will get you LATE ARRIVAL, POOR PREP, OVERPRICED EXTREMELY COLD FOOD, POOR SERVICE, NO PROFESSIONALISM OR ACCOUNTABILITY whatsoever!!!!
What a perfect way to END YOUR BUSINESS! The level of unprofessionalism started with the owner and trickled down to staff. Let's talk about it.... food arrived late (while event was in progress), food served cold to eventgoers and newlyweds, table presentation was lackluster with no tablecloths and ridiculously expensive for items offered. Responsible business owners take responsibility. My hope is that the owner makes this person whole because I was absolutely disgusted. I gave 1-star because ZERO wasn't available.
Talking about disappointment, to be at a wedding waiting to eat afterwards and your food is cold. This company is misleading with pictures, food was ice cold, no season, the bride could not eat her plate because it was cold! Now the owner don’t want to be held accountable for this like you charge 4800 for cold food and honestly I didn’t see 4800 worth of food. Big pot of cold gumbo . This plate cold!.
she did a horrible job on my sister in law wedding day it was her big day every thing went good up to the food all of it was cold and horrible
