Moved in as a renter in Dec 2018, currently loving it here for the most part. The elevators can tend to be a bit slow to get to you but they travel quickly between floors, I suspect that not all 4 elevators are active all of the time. The gym is great and so is the pool, I would just say that the hot tub walls need to be physically cleaned since the last couple of times I went I could see they were dirty. other than that it's very clean, concierge is super nice and I love my neighbors (and their pets :) )
