I placed an order 6 months ago. Order says it has reached final stage of processing or has shipped. Has said that for quite some time now. I've tried calling and leaving voice mail, tried emailing, and I get no response at all. I have no idea if I will ever receive my order.

we placed an order 6 weeks ago and the order still says "processing". They have our money but still have not shipped our items. I have messaged them on Facebook with no reply and have called and left voicemails with no response. Be aware that they will take your money and then not follow through on communications when your items don't ship.
No no no! Turn around and go else where. By the way there place smells like sewage …. And the people smell like they haven’t showered in 6 months. Literally the moment you walk in I walked around no one got up or moved. I had to go to them to ask question … just terrible business and hygiene!
I just wanted to take the time to let you know how much I have enjoyed working with John in designing my kitchen. He has gone above and beyond to work with m crazy requests and changes to get us to our final kitchen product. We are so excited for our new kitchen, and had many quotes to choose from. Our customer service experience with Ellie has been so amazing, that there isn’t a chance we would go with anyone else.
