Went with my partner and we were really well cared for by the employe working that day. The store has an overwhelming huge selection and we were really well guided into finding the best options. It was a very pleasant shopping experience and looking forward to our next time.
I live in Toronto and called asking questions about Natori, Talysia was friendly and helpful, she definitely knows her stuff! I placed an online order and was pleasantly surprised how quickly it was delivered. The quality is what I expected. The team exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend "Thebra" store to all Canadians.
The associate that was working the day I went in was so helpful and willing to continue to try to find me the right bra. However I am an odd size and they carry limited quantities in odd sizes. For shapely woman with a small cup size its difficult to find the right fit. However, she was able to still let me know my current size I should buy so I could try on line.
First of all this was the very first time I went into a store and found a bra my size one time. (I'm a 32/34 GG and my body is small). Then I was greeted by a warm smile. I did not have to spend hours looking for the perfect bra because she knew exactly what I need. I hated bra shopping until now. Thank you !
