TBN has not only provided stellar notary services, but also has helped streamline my process and act as my back office, allowing my small estate planning practice to become even more effective and efficient. I’m a notary who has worked with this company. I experienced payment delays for months but as of now, all outstanding invoices for my notary services have been settled. The company owner, Eli, personally contacted me to explain the situation and offer an apology for the delayed payments. I’m open to working with the company again in the future.

As a notary, I would not recommend working with this company. They took 3 months to pay me when I first started working with them and now I’m trying to chase down payment for notary services I provided up to 9 months ago. They keep saying they’ll escalate my concerns to accounting, but I have yet to receive even an update from them. If you're looking for notary service, do not hire this company. Their poor treatment towards notaries places them far from The Best.

I am a notary that completed a signing for TBN and still have not been paid 160 days later. Countless emails have resulted in repeated apologies, assurances and pleas for my patience and understanding from several staff members including Marion, Precious, Zay, and Ems. Last email informed me they would need four more weeks due to cash flow issues. Amazing to witness all the effort they have put into not paying me $100.
