This company is essentially a notary concierge. I would recommend going with another company that is more equipped to handle notarizations. Our firm had an awful experience with TBN. Their platform that they require you to use does not work properly. It took weeks to get the notarized documents for my client. Payment delays and not keeping their end of the contract. I have done a couple of notaries and was not paid for my work. Also, I don’t like how they low ball me. Two signers, long distance, large stack of paper work requiring multiple documents for $100. Two signings they never paid for my work. They have been paid for my work by the attorneys but refuse to release payment to the notary that completed the signing. It’s the holidays and I am really upset about this. I was contacted today to do a remote online notarization (RON). This was my first time receiving a request. They asked for a Florida notary to do it via DocuSign and that I have a round stamp! Not only did they assist with the round stamp, they were very communicative every step of the way.
