I have had an open claim for three months, with Cassidy Paxton as my adjuster. Unfortunately, communication has been extremely poor; my emails and calls go unanswered, and I feel ignored. I reached out this company in January about a adjustor role and the person I was working with just stopped communicating with me and stopped returning my calls. Fast forward to today I recieved a voice-mail from a Jacob Gonzalez who asked if I knew anyone who might be interested in roles he had available.
