Thebeau & Associates were very unprofessional to work with. I realized after I closed that I had not received a Title search. When I asked, Brookline informed me that they assume no one will read it so they don't bother giving it. Not sure how this is legal. In every other state I have bought homes, I signed for it. But it was nice to know she decided for me and didn't bother doing her job of full disclosure. When I received the report it has all kinds of penciled in comments and markings. Worst attorneys office we've come across in NC. We close several deals a month and this is the most unprofessional and clueless law firm in the State of NC we've come across.
Thebeau & associates have always been great to work with we have closed on two properties with them and it’s a smooth of a process as you could ask for! Highly recommend by me!
