I’ve had the privilege of working with Theatron personally and professionally. High trust, high integrity, and they do what they say they will do. 5 stars 100%
Obviously they were not interested in my business. Called multiple times, provided all the contact information each time. Yet, no one responded. Even when questioned regarding the lack of response, the attitude was nonchalant; only confirming the initial thought of not caring about my business. Advice: look somewhere else for responsive and professional service
I called and was passed to their service department. Spoke to a John who said he would come by later in the week to look at an ethernet issue. Said they would call to confirm Wednesday. Wednesday came, no call. No responses to voicemails and texts. Not a reliable service in my experience. I do not have experience of them beyond that.
Outstanding company! Professional team with detailed proposals, clean job, and outstanding products. Installed a Control4 system with integrated TVs and speakers and home audio system and in an AV rack. Highly recommend.
Working with Theatron was a great experience. Our AV and wi-fi setup was awful, and for years I searched for someone to make it amazing. When Rick and John arrived to provide an estimate, I suspected they were the real deal -- They were and they are. Our new AV system is awesome, our wifi is blinding fast, and everything is easily controlled through an iphone app. This is first class work and not cheap, but so, so worth it. Highly recommend these guys.
