I was incredibly disappointed with the customer service at the front desk. The receptionist was highly unprofessional, constantly interrupting me and speaking in a very rude tone. A front desk employee is the first impression of a business, and unfortunately, this interaction was completely unacceptable. I highly recommend management hires individuals who understand basic professionalism and know how to communicate appropriately with individuals.
They are great workers and very detailed. Whenever I go on. Julia takes care of me and makes sure I get in and out of there. Great comment!
