Yesterday, I saw TheatreZone's current production, the musical "9 to 5", and I absolutely loved it! Karen Molnar, Laura Needle, and Kara Konken were pure joy as mistreated office workers Violet, Judy, and Doralee. Steven Geyer was wonderfully sleezey as their tyrant boss, Mr. Hart. Molnar's choreography was fast and fun as the cast danced around and on top of the office furniture. Some of the story line was hilarious, and how timely to see a show about female empowerment. I just love Theatre Zone. Have been seeing their productions for the past eight years. Just saw George M - - what a wonderful cast. I know they had some health problems with the lead but Charles Logan stepped in and did an absolutely outstanding job. He certainly can tap and has a really good voice.
What a fantastic show. A great night of song, and dance. WOW!! what a toe tapper.
