There are no bad seats in the Music Box Theatre. Even though I sat in the mezzanine I could clearly see the stage. Also, the acoustics in the theatre were amazing; I heard every word of every emotional song. This theatre is the perfect place for the Dear Evan Hansen show because it had an intimate feel to it which further drew you into the story being played out before you. Dear Evan Hansen is an amazing show and I'm so glad I was able to see it at this venue. I would definitely see another show at this theatre.
Great theater! Not a bad seat in the house! Acoustics are excellent and all of the actors sang wonderfully! Dear Evan Hanson is an emotional roller coaster! Ben Platt was stellar playing the roll! He is very passionate and his voice is dynamic! Anyone who's ever felt like they were invisible will immediately identify with his character. Such a well written story with a great plot! A must see in a great theater!
Just F***** WOW! Finally something new... really new and different in so many ways. Everything WOW!

His performance was heart wrenchingly beautiful- and though he is the same age as my son, the life experience he portrays is a universal one-we've all been there at one time or another. Casting, stage production, orchestra/band were all amazing. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house and the acoustics are stellar. I'd see any show there, but I expect... read more
